Return and refund policy
Since the posters are custom-made, it is not possible to return them. Please double check that the name and birth date are well spelled.
We are doing everything in our power to deliver your package on time and undamaged. If however your order does not meet your or our quality standards upon arrival (e.g. damaged), we kindly ask you to contact us within a week. Please send us an email at magiclandamsterdam@gmail.com including your order number and we will come back to you as soon as possible.
